Information for Incoming Freshmen Congratulations once again on your acceptance into Immaculata Academy's Class of 2014! We know you've worked extremely hard to get to this point and we're positive you'll continue on that path to a very exciting future. Below is some helpful information for you, as you prepare for classes in the fall. Please check back throughout the summer for updates. Freshman Registration - February 10, 4-6 p.m. Please come prepared with the appropriate deposit and completed paperwork. Call Andrea Drabik at 646-9942 with any questions.
Freshman Forum - typically held the first week in September, before the first day of school. Dates to be announced.
Health Office Requirements (please call 649-6161 with Health Office questions)
1. Immunization Records
2. Physical Exam from PMD
3. Athletes must complete Athletic Forms before any team try-out.
4. Proof of comprehensive dental exam
Intro to Computers Course
Please purchase a memory stick before the first week of class. It should meet the following specifications:
1. Minimum 1GB storage space
2. PC Compatible

Physical Education Uniforms
1. Must be purchased
2. Cost: $15, cash or check acceptable, payable to Immaculata Academy
3. These will be ordered the first week of school. In the mean time, girls should bring appropriate athletic sneakers, shorts, and a t-shirt for Phys. Ed.
